My software and products value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how I collect, use, and safeguard your data when you visit the website or use my softwares, mobile applications.

1. Information I Collect

When you use my softwares, I collect the following types of information:

Personal Information: When you register, subscribe, or fill out forms on the website, Personal details may be collected such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you provide.

Facial Image Data: When you use the App to generate images, you may upload a photo containing your face. These base images are securely stored in the database and linked to your account or device ID. The image is also temporarily sent to a third-party AI service solely for processing and returning the result. You may request permanent deletion of your stored facial images at any time by contacting us.

Quest Photos and Quest Instructions: In apps that include quests, when you complete a quest by taking a photo, the app may collect the photo you take and the related quest instructions (for example, what the quest asks you to do). These are used only to check whether the quest was completed correctly.

Non-Personal Information: Non-personal information can be collected such as your device type, operating system, app version, and other technical data to improve the functionality of the software.

1.1 AI Photo Checks for Quest Validation (OpenAI)

Some apps use a third-party AI service to validate quest photos. If you grant permission, the following data may be sent to OpenAI:

  • The quest photo you take
  • The quest instructions associated with that photo

Purpose: OpenAI is used only to analyze whether the photo shows that the quest was completed. The result is returned to the app for quest validation. This data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Consent required: Photos and quest instructions are not sent to OpenAI unless you explicitly allow AI photo checks. Without consent, the photo is not shared with OpenAI.

How consent works in the app:

  • During onboarding, you see an “AI photo check” screen that explains what data is sent (quest photo + quest instructions) and that it is used for quest validation. You can tap Allow AI photo check or Not now.
  • If you choose Not now, you can continue onboarding. When you later try to complete a quest by taking a photo, the same permission screen is shown again before any photo is sent.
  • If you allow once, we do not ask again. Your consent preference is stored on your device.
  • You can manage “AI photo checks” later in Profile and turn this sharing off.

1.2 TrueDepth API and Face Data

Information Collected: Our app uses the TrueDepth API (via ARKit's ARFaceTrackingConfiguration) to detect facial expressions. We only access facial mapping data and expression coefficients in real-time.

Purpose: This data is used solely to provide the "Smile Selfie" functionality, ensuring the user is awake by detecting a smile to dismiss the alarm.

Storage and Sharing: No face data is stored locally on the device or on any remote servers. The processing happens entirely on-device in real-time. We do not share this face data with any third parties.

2. How Your Information Is Used

I use the information which is collected for the following purposes:

  • To provide and improve the services, including the photo generate feature in softwares.
  • To validate quest completion with AI photo checks when you have given consent.
  • To personalize your experience within the softwares.
  • To send you updates, newsletters, or promotional content if you have opted in to receive them.
  • To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
  • To analyze website traffic and usage patterns.

3. How Your Information Is Protected

A variety of security measures are implemented to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Sharing Your Information

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: I may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the business and providing services to you, such as 3rd party AI Services for the photo generate analysis.

OpenAI (AI photo checks): With your explicit permission, some apps may share quest photos and quest instructions with OpenAI solely to validate whether a quest was completed. If you do not grant permission, this data is not sent to OpenAI. You can change this preference in the app Profile settings.

Legal Compliance: I may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information.
  • Opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in each email.
  • Request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format.
